I-66 team volunteers restore the green areas of a center in Virginia

Team members spent the day weeding and mulching in preparation for the summer season

The I-66 team partnered with the Fairfax County Park Foundation recently to spruce up the landscaping at the recreation center Cub Run RECenter, a key space for the Chantilly community, close to I-66 construction activity taking place on I-66 and Route 28, in Virginia.

This activity was coordinated by the Human Resources Department in Austin as part of Cintra US’ corporate responsibility program Operation Give Back.




I-66 Express promotes STEM education in public schools in Fairfax, Virginia

I-66 Express highway presented two grants recently to the Foundation for Fairfax County Public Schools to support STEM education at Stenwood and Marshall Road Elementary Schools in Vienna, Virginia.

Cintra picked as preferred proposer for Virginia's I-66, representing an investment of over €3 billion

Cintra, a subsidiary of Ferrovial, in consortium with infrastructure fund Meridiam, has been chosen by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) as Preferred Proposer to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Transform 66 project on Interstate 66, worth over 3 billion euro.
