Norte Litoral is the Gateway to enter and exit Oporto city in the North of the country. The highway connects one of the most economically active areas in the country (such as the Leixões port, Matosinhos or Vila do Conde) with the regions closest to the border with Galicia, which has a high historical and tourist value, enabling its growth and economic boost in constant expansion.
